Terms And Conditions

This website, www.designatease.co.nz, is owned and operated by Design At Ease NZ Ltd. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using our website, you accept the terms and conditions accordingly, if you disagree with the terms and conditions or any part of it, you must not use our website.

The client's approval for work to begin shall be on an agreement between the client and Design At Ease.

Design At Ease will provide a full written agreement as discussed, before formally starting any work from the client.

Any additional requirements not mentioned in the written agreement may result in additional charges. Additional work will only start with the consent of both parties.

Full payment of the balance is due on completion of the website. The ownership of the client website shall be under Design At Ease till the full payment has been made. Once the payment is confirmed by our accounts team, the website will be launched and required files and access will be provided to the client.

cPanel Access will be provided to the client on request, After providing the cPanel Access to the client we cannot be held liable for any changes made to the website by the client or the client's agents.

We design websites following the client's requirements. It is the client's responsibility to assure that the website and its content adhere to the current online laws and regulations. We will not be held liable for any failure to adhere to the laws and regulations related to it.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM DESIGN AT EASE

We intend to attain the highest level of client satisfaction and a good customer experience is incredibly important for us so for our clients to have absolute faith in our standard of work, we take the time to find out customers' expectations. We will be friendly, courteous, and helpful when contacted, make every effort to explain things clearly and in a way, you can understand, and respond to your phone calls and emails promptly, treat all the clients(prospective and existing) fairly, and confidentially. Design At Ease will follow up on both positive and negative feedback we receive and continue to look for ways to improve the level of customer service we deliver.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If a client is willing to request a cancellation or refund, he/she has to call us or send us an email. Our team will evaluate the issues thoroughly and advise you related to further processes.

PRIVACY POLICY

Design At Ease takes your privacy seriously. We only have access to/collect information that you willingly provide us via email or over the phone. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside our company other than requested by you to share it with the third party as per your request. We take precautions to protect your information. Whenever sensitive information is submitted via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
